Taken in the late 1970s, this photograph shows Bassam Shakaa, mayor of Nablus, on a tour of Nablus with the Israeli Minister Shimon Peres, Israeli Occupation officers and municipality employees. It also shows Zafer al-Masri, deputy mayor of Nablus.
