Muhammad Milhem and Fahd Qawasmi in Bulgaria, 29 May 1980
Taken on 29 May 1980, this photograph shows a part of a meeting that involved Mohammad Milhem, mayor of Halhul, who appears on the right side, and Fahd Qawasmi, mayor of Hebron, the furthest from the left, in Bulgaria, after the Israeli Occupation Authorities' deported them following the 1980 Palestinian Hebron Operation, that occurred on 2 May of the same year. The meeting was also attended by a Palestinian and an Israeli.
