A Coloured Cement Tile and the Mold Used to Manufacture It, the "Islamic Carpet", 1920s

A coloured cement tile, known by its design's name the "Islamic Carpet" along with the copper mold used to cast it, which the Aslan family used at their factory in Nablus. The mold has been used in many regions in Palestine since the 1920s to this day, including: Jerusalem, Nablus and Ramallah.
