A poster of Bassam Shakaa following the Attempt to Assassinate Him, 1980
Designed in 1980, this poster shows a drawing of Bassam Shakaa, mayor of Nablus, in the wake of the Israeli Occupation Authorities' attempt to assassinate him, leading to the amputation of his legs on 2 June of the same year. It features a phrase that reads "Deep-rooted greatness is stronger than the amputation of legs".
