Bassam Shakaa and His Wife in Syria, 1961
Taken in 1961, this photograph shows Enaya al-Fassed between her husband, Bassam Shakaa, first from the left, and Ziyad Adel, Shakaa's nephew, during a winter visit to Bloudan area, which appears covered in snow, in the course of their stay in Syria as political refugees.
