A card documenting a joke entitled "Why the Khalely; someone from Hebron; and the Mansaf; a traditional Jordanian dish made of lamb cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yogurt and served with rice or bulgur."
These jokes and stories were collected and recorded by Sharif Kanaana, from the late 1980s until 2005. Each card includes the name of the narrator, the place of residence and the date.
