The minutes of meeting no. 68 of the Education Committee 1988. Held on 8 May 1988, in the session, it was decided to pay the renovation expenses of schools in Salfit only if another Body provides the material needed for the renovation. The Committee also agreed to cover the costs for the contractor; to build playgrounds in both the boys' and girls' schools.
