Sent on 24 March 1982, this letter of solidarity was addressed from the Communist members of Montpellier Municipality to Nablus Municipality, in the wake of the dismissal by the Israeli Occupation Authorities of the municipal councils that had been elected in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
