A Protest Letter from Nablus Municipal City Council to the United Nations Secretary-General

Sent in the 1980s, this letter of protest was addressed from the Nablus Municipal City Council to Kurt Waldheim, United Nations Secretary-General, with regards to the series of violations inflicted on the citizens of Nablus, including physical assault, home demolitions and the policy of starvation and apartheid, particularly in the period following the Israeli Occupation Authorities' attempt to assassinate the mayors of a number of West Bank municipalities on 2 June 1980.
