Issued on 22 July 1980, this clipping from issue No 2941 of the Kuwaiti newspaper of al-Qabas features a report entitled "The Camp David Accords are the Creation of Their Leadership" on the most prominent figures comprising the Palestinian National Guidance Committee, namely: Bassam Shakaa, Karim Khalaf, Elias Freij, Rashad ash-Shawwa, Fahd Qawasmi, Muhammad Milhem, mayors of Nablus, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Gaza, Hebron and Halhul respectively.
