"A General Strike in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip", Clippings from ash-Sha'b Newspaper, 1979
Issued in 1979, these clippings from ash-Sha'b Newspaper report on the detention by the Israeli Occupation Authorities of Bassam Shakaa, mayor of Nablus, their attempt to force him into exile in November of the same year, the implications of that event on the West Bank and Gaza Strip, along with the Israeli reaction to the decision to exile Shakaa.
