Salfit Municipal Council, Minutes of Meeting no. 193, 3 July 1956
Minutes of the 193rd session of the Salfit Municipal Council at which the Council decided to allocate the municipality collector to perform the functions of clerk and accountant at the municipality in addition to being a tax collector until a new clerk and accountant are appointed. During the session, the Council also decided to complete the project of opening el-'Ain Street, which extends from the borders of the area of the organization of the town to the junction of the police station.
