Minutes of the 198th session of the Salfit Municipal Council 4 October 1956 at which the Council decided on several decisions, including cutting off water to every house that did not have a water meter installed, and agreed to extend electricity wires to the district director’s office and the municipal hall, and appoint a new foreman.
