Handwritten on 27 January 1952, this document shows the annex to the minutes of session No. 1, convened by the Salfit Village Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including that a member of the Council shall be liable to dismissal if he fails to attend two consecutive sessions, that the disbursement of the budget funds shall be conditional on the Council's approval in addition to assisting police and the District Administration in tax collection.
