Handwritten on 26 August 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 106, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including preventing the inhabitants from washing their clothes in the spring of potable water to preserve public health in addition to dispatching a delegation to the Jordanian Education Minister in Nablus to discuss the issue of opening the fifth secondary and first secondary grades in Salfit schools.
