Handwritten on 9 September 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 108, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including dispatching a delegation to Amman to follow up on the issue of opening the first and fifth secondary grades at the Salfit School for Girls, in addition to paying the expenses of the construction of the slaughterhouse in the town.
