Handwritten on 16 September 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 109, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including imposing several laws pertaining to the olive fees in the town and assigning Ahmad ash-Shawqi to paint the school rooms in the town for 450 fils per room.
