Handwritten on 10 November 1954, this document shows the minutes of session No. 116, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including fining those who fail to comply with the olive harvest instructions previously announced by the Council and paying the salaries of the guards of the (green) olive groves for October 1954.
