Handwritten on 4 September 1955, this document shows the minutes of session No. 156, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including providing all that is necessary for the construction of the water cistern at the secondary school before its opening in addition to fining everyone who fails to comply with the instructions for using the water project in the town.
