Handwritten on 10 November 1955, this document shows the minutes of session No. 164, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including commencing the construction of the wall of the Salfit School for Girls following the examination of the agreement entered into with the contractor George Malouf in addition to constructing a wall around the water tank in the middle of the town as a means to protect it.
