Handwritten on 1 December 1955, this document shows the minutes of session No. 168, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on this date. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including submitting a report to the District Director listing the names of store owners wishing to build toilets at their stores in addition to referring the security of the Municipality's eastern land to Abd al-Jabbar Musa abu Zaher.
