The Minutes of Two Meetings of the Salfit Olive Oil Press Cooperative's Administrative Body, 1988- 1989
This document shows the minutes of two meetings of the Administrative Body of the Salfit Olive Oil Press Cooperative. The first meeting was held on 6 October 1988, during which it was approved to hire a group of workers at the press, and the second one on 15 January 1989, during which it was decided to authorize three members to sell the remaining quantity of oil.
