Buran Sa'da was born and raised in the village of Sha'ab near Mi'ar, from which her parents were forcibly displaced. She completed her studies at the Hebrew University in occupied Jerusalem and obtained a Master's degree in Music Therapy. She now resides in Georgia and Jerusalem.

The Buran Sa'da Collection includes several family photographs of the Sa'da family, whose origins go back to the village of Mi'ar, located in the Akka district, from the 1950s to the 1970s.
