A Telegram Sent by the Mayor of Tulkarm to the Military Governor of the West Bank
A one-page telegram sent by the Tulkarm Municipal Council to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, in which the City Council of Tulkarm denounces the Gush Emunim group attacks in the West Bank. He also asserts the Palestinians their right to their land and requests the United Nations to intervene to stop the assaults.
