A colour poster published by El-Hakawati Theatre to promote a solo performance of Mahmud Darwish's "Memory for Forgetfulness" by François abu Salem. "Memory for Forgetfulness" was written to recreate the events of the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon and Abu Salem performs this piece by embodying Darwish's voice in an attempt to reflect the unity of Palestinian time and place at the time. Adapted by Nizar Zuʿby, this play was directed by François abu Salem and ʿĀmer Khalil with the support of the French Cultural Centre in al-Quds and the A.M. Qattan Foundation.
