"Sede-Boker", Adel Zawati, a Paper Clipping
Handwritten in Arabic, this paper clipping documents the name of "Sede-Boker", a kibbutz established in 1952 southwest of Dimona in Beʾr as-Sabeʿ. This kibbutz is where Ben-Gurion was based in a green hut the roof of which carrying a heater working on solar power. It's said that women in the kibbutz used to weave carpets and mats from wool and desert reed.
