"The Palestinian Revolution Anthems at al-Baka Training Camp by Hany Jawhariyye, A Photograph from Palestinian Images Magazine, 1969
Issued by the Palestinian Cinema Institution- Unified Information - P.L.O in 1976, this black-and-white photograph shows a group of Palestinian fidayeen at al-Baka Training Camp, and in the front appears a rock on which the first words of the Palestinian revolution anthems -written by Palestinian Poet Saʿid al-Muzayyen (abu Hashem) and composed by Husain Nazek- read: "I, my brother, have believed in wasted and chained peoples." The photograph was taken in 1969 by Palestinian shaheed and film-maker Hany Jawhariyye and found in a special issue of "Palestinian Images" magazine, which includes 18 photographs of Jawhariyye's life work taken between 1967 and 11 April 1976.
