Printed in Arabic, the front page of this document is a certificate issued by the Jordanian Department of Veterinary Services, part of the Ministry of Agriculture, to Muhammad Dhyab Mahmud Zaid from Ya'bad. The certificate states that he successfully took a course on meat and fish inspection.
