Printed in Arabic, this letter was sent from Nadim Zaru, Head of the Ramallah Municipal Council, to the Scoutmaster of Sareyyet Ramallah on 23 April 1966 regarding the exemption of Sareyyet Ramallah from the tax stamps on the tickets of a theatre play held by Sareyyet Ramallah at the stage of the Roman Catholic Church in Ramallah.
