A Letter from the Engineers' Association to the Ramallah Municipal Council, 1966
Dated July 16, 1966, this printed letter in Arabic was sent from Ja'far ash-Shami, Chair of the Engineers' Association, to the Head of the Ramallah Municipal Council thanking him for the Council's efforts to hold a popular arts festival to welcome the Jordanian guests attending the Association's tenth conference.
