Ismael Salem's Interview with the Palestinian Museum, 'Never Part' Exhibition, 2013
This video clip documents Ismael Salem's interview with the Palestinian Museum as part of the "Never Part" project. In this project, the museum aimed to collect stories related to highly cherished and valuable belongings preserved by Palestinians, which serve as epitomes of their connection to their homeland. Salem preserves a car that he brought from "Israel" in the 1970s. It reminds him of his uncle who was murdered in the tripartite aggression in 1956, the same year the car was manufactured.
