The two phrases on the mural read "Oh Bloodied Eyes and Hands, the Night is Impermanent, the Arrest Room Isn't Permanent, Nor the Chains", and "We Are the Land Owners, We Own the Past, the Present, and the Future, as for Them, Their Existence is Deemed to Cease".
