A Letter of a Forced Leave for Ibrahim el-Fanni, 1979

A letter addressed to Ibrahim el-Fanni from the Israeli Antiquities Command officer affiliated to the West Bank District Command, asking him to stop working and go on forced leave starting 11 August 1979, because of his writings and statements in newspapers about matters related to the office in which he works, without obtaining prior permission, he was also asked to hand over the keys to the office to Samir Qurei, the chief of staff in the Jerusalem office, who would take his place until new orders are issued.
