It is a complaint submitted to the Israeli Court by prisoner Nael Al Barghouthi against the administration of Ishel Prison for preventing him from receiving anything and the court hearing was postponed to 20/4/2004. He also wrote on the back of the paper the names of those he asked for to bring his things and didn't respond. He also wrote "Arrested and charged for bribery."
