A Part of a Manuscript about the Works of Imam Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani
Dating back to the period between 1700 and 1800, this document shows parts of and clippings from a manuscript that featured a part of a book titled "Awrad al-Ayyam as-Sab'aa" (Seven Pillars of the Wisdom), written by Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani, Sheikh of the Qadiriyah Jilaniyah order of Sufism, as well as of some other of his works. The owner of the original manuscript recorded daily notes on some of its pages during the period from 1348 to 1368 AH, corresponding to the period from 1929 to 1949 AD.
