An Explanation Letter Regarding the Invitations

A letter from the head of the Orthodox Sunday School Society to the secretary of Sareyyet Ramallah Advisory Board expounding on two issues: Firstly: the Society did not undertake any preparations or resolutions to establish a Scout group for the Society. The invitations that were sent out by two members of the Society, Fuʾād Khūry and Khalīl Muṣleḥ, are not viable unless they were first approved in accordance with the Society's sessions and resolutions. The Second: that Mr Fuʾād is not legally authorised to sign under the guise of the secretary of the Society since Mr Nabīh al-Aḥwal was appointed as the legal secretary of the Society and it does not recognise anyone else as its official secretary.
