A Land Sale Agreement, 4 March 1959

This archival item documents a land sale agreement on 3 March 1959 between the first party who is the seller; Shaker Ahmad Hussien, Asad Ahmad Hussien and Taher Hassan and they are all from the village of Baqa al-Gharbiyee, while the second party who is the buyer; Latifeh; the daughter if al-Hajj Ahmad al-Khawajah from the village of Qeffin; whereas the first party vowed to sell and empty the land for the second party or what the second part wants from their rights of the land located in Qeffin at the location of "Arrahif" which is a wooded ground full of old olive trees counting 50 trees planted in a land measuring seven acres for 250 JD's and this was witnessed by Abed al-Hamdi Shaker and Najib Hasan.
