A poem titled "Honest Words...Face to Face"
A one-page document containing a poem written by Rajih al Salfeety, as he has recited it during his participation at a literary symposium held in solidarity with the Palestinian people. He was invited by the Israeli poet, Natan Zak, at the Ramat Aviv Hotel. The symposium was attended by a large group of Arab and Jewish writers, poets and journalists, including the Palestinian writer Emil Habibi. The poem stressed the rights of the Palestinian people to own their land; it also highlighted the importance of the Intifada and attacked the Zionist leaders, and how they exploited the world to establish a state for them and tried to distort the Palestinian identity. This poem was translated into Hebrew and distributed to the public at the beginning of the symposium
