A four-page document that includes the announcement of the Rajih al Salfeety Festival in Salfit from 5-19 July 2003. It is worth mentioning that the festival was sponsored by Palestinian President Yaser ʿarafat and supported by Fatah, the Palestinian People's Party, Salfit Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Al Quds bank. Moreover, the announcement also included the agenda of the festival. The announcement shows that this invitation is public and includes all Palestinians, as it aimed to end the siege and closure imposed on the Palestinians in that period.
