Addressed by the Scouts Council Secretary to the Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) Board of Honor Secretary, this letter asks that the scoutmaster be invited to one of Jawaleh's sessions in order to explain the reasons behind joining the scout with the Jawaleh trips. This letter came as a response to the objection made by Hanna Dabbah on this matter, and it was handwritten and signed by the Scouts Council Secretary.
