A handwritten letter from the Secretary of the Palestinian Arab Brotherhood Society to the Scoutmaster of Sareyyet Ramallah informing him that the government has officially approved of establishing the Society under the name "The Palestinian Arab Brotherhood Society." After wishing the Scoutmaster happy holidays, the Secretary invites him to a meeting at the house of the Society's president.
