Issued in the first half of August 1999 and found in the Adel Tartir Collection, this document shows issue No. 55 of al-Masar Newspaper, where Rebhi al-Shwaiki wrote about the Jerusalem Theatrical Festival inviting the participant teams to hold an evaluation dialogue to discuss the festival's outputs, including Adel Tartir, who stressed the importance of learning from previous mistakes in order to ensure that fair and objective theatrical opportunities are given to everyone wishing to participate in the festival.
