A Book on the Companions and Ascetics' Biography and Works, 1861-1863
Composed in two phases and later compiled, this document shows a part of a book that contained a recounting of the biography of the Companions and ascetics, an explanation of their traits and manners, the most important positions and stories about their lives, in addition to a number of poetry verses. The first part of the book was printed at the Mohammad Shahin Printing House at the expense of both Ahmad al-Adawi and Ali al-Munjed ad-Dimashqi in 1278 AH, corresponding to 1861 AD, while the second part was compiled and edited by Sheikh Mohammad ar-Rwihai and printed at the Mohammad Shahin Printing House in Egypt in Rajab 1280 AH, corresponding to December 1863.
