A Letter from Hanna Ibrahim, al-Bi'na, 3 January 1983
Sent on 3 January 1983, this document shows a letter from Hanna Ibrahim, head of al-Bi'na Local Council, testifying that Mr Kamal Qasem Dabbah lives in Deir al-Asad, who is a new student at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and that he was a remarkable student at Rameh School. He also mentions that his father had passed years prior and the allocations received by Kamal's mother from the National Fund are fine for a family house but are not enough for university fees and insurance. He ends his letter by confirming that Kamel lives in student housing close to the university and he is hoping that the latter receives the financial aid he deserves.
