The Sale Deed of Mohammad Awad's Land in Lifta to Mahmoud Hmeidan, 27 June 1934

Written in Arabic, English and Hebrew, this document shows a sale deed of land between Mohammad Ahmad Awad and Hajj Mahmoud Mohammad Hmeidan Nusra in the town of Lifta, Jerusalem District, on 27 June 1934, which certifies that it has been decided to transfer the ownership of the land to the above buyer in exchange for an amount of 100 Palestinian pounds, as the contract shows the details related to it such as the numbers, location, type, area in square meters and dunams and the boundaries of the surrounding lands, in addition to noting that it was registered under number 32/2309 in the Jerusalem District Lands Registration Office in the Lifta Town Registry for registration fees of 3 Palestinian pounds and 150 millime paid on 27 June 1934. The contract was signed by the Jerusalem District Land Registrar and stamped by the registration office in the Tapu Department.
