Miss Rahma Nimr Odeh (the charity's secretary) presented the administrative body's report of works and projects of 1969. 3. The members agreed on this year's projects, mainly: - To continue the charity's building - Improve the charity’s services - Opening a literacy class - Starting a project for family planning and protection - Helping poor families in cooperation with the Social Affairs Department and holding a charity market to introduce people to the charity. 4. The members agreed on the estimated budget of 1970, which totalled 1124 5. The public body approved the employment of Mr Nasira and his partners and the charity's legal auditor of accounts for the year 1970 6. The internal system of the association was explained by the Director of Social Affairs, Mr Nazmi Al-Arda 7. The women and ladies of the administrative body were elected: Rahma Awwad, Ruqayya Al-Zeer, Rahma Odeh, Rahma Nimr Odeh, Rahma Mustafa Zuhd, Haniyya Afana, Amina Rimal, Fathiyya Al-Ramahi, Rai’fa Nassar, and Sarah Uthman. 8. A decision to increase the kid subscriptions 250 fils every month.
