To accept any new member wanting to join the charity. 3. No member can withdraw her membership once the mentioned format is filled 4. Subscriptions are to be paid after everyone's agreement on divided unto 4 (four) payments; meaning that a meeting of the whole committee will be held every 3 months for payments.
