Elections Attendance was 119/222, thus meeting the required quorum. Decisions 1. Mr Abdul-Mun’em thanked the administrative and public bodies for the Charity's projects. 2. Ms Fathiyya Abdulhafiz Al-Ramahi thanked the attendees and mentioned the Charity's projects for last year: - Literacy centre - Sewing workshop - Proper nutrition centre - Completing the wall The planned projects for 1978 are: - Building a hall for further projects - Opening a centre for the hearing and speech impaired and the mentally challenged - Opening a kindergarten 3. Elections will be in the second year in July 4. Every person who signed a name and paid the subscription before 15/10/1977 is considered a member and has completed a year by 1/1/1978, a member of the Charity and the public body and has the right to elect. 5. Whoever pays the subscription after 15/10/1977 is considered a member from the moment of payment and has no right to elect before a full year has passed on his subscription and membership. 6. The literacy centre teacher took permission from the Director of Social Affairs before beginning the education process 7. Preparing requests of membership for the public body to present to the administrative body afterwards for acceptance.
