A Request Letter from First Ramallah Group to the Head of UNRWA's HR Department To Allow Issa Qattan To Leave Work Early so that He Can Participate in the Launch of a Jordanian Industries Exhibition
A request letter sent by Naṣif al-Huṣary, the vice-president of the First Ramallah Group (Sareyyet Ramallah) administrative body, to Mahmud Baydas, the head of UNRWA's HR department, to allow Issa Qattan to leave work early so that he can participate in the launch of a Jordanian industries exhibition held for the first time in Palestine on the premises of the Group; the reason why Sareyyet Ramallah asked for Qattan is because he is a primary member of a pipe band.
