A handwritten request letter sent by the scoutmaster of Sareyyet Ramallah (First Ramallah Group) Cubs to the scoutmaster of the Group to inform him/her that in order to keep the ranking of the Group at the top, then the scoutmaster should think about introducing a cub-pack discipline system. He/she should also urge the Group's members to take care of how they look, be clean, and stay fit and to contact the secretary of the Group repository to make up any deficiency.
